The Royal Oak Jaycees are an organization which provides young people ages 21 to 40 the opportunity to develop personal and leadership skills through community service.

Purpose
To create positive change within our organization and communities by providing young people with an organization of shared values through personal and professional development, social and cultural diversity, networking, and community improvement.
